After my first fertility clinic visit, I didn't need another YouTube link on how to give myself shots, I needed hope. I asked the team 'but what about my heart?' The answer was still injection videos. Now I'm building what I wish I had then (with some beach vibes along the way!).

Started working for the Mouse! Absolutely loved my seven years at The Walt Disney Company on the Global Sales & Marketing team. Learned so much about business, events, operations, customer service, and that life truly is in the details!
2004
Led nine member Community Team in meaningful customer engagement and partnerships. Championed marketing initiatives, incl. 1,500+ supporter-led events!
2013
Learned about the 'social good movement' and couldn't wait to join! Started as the Director of Campus Programs for a little startup called TOMS in Santa Monica, CA. Turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life--the best memories, the best friendships, and most incredible professional opportunities and learning. During my 6.5 years at TOMS, I was diagnosed with infertility. How the C-suite supported me in that difficult season is master class for any executive team.
2011
Became Global Brand Ambassador sharing the TOMS story at conferences, events, and on the Home Shopping Network. Speaking events included: American Marketing Association Cause Conference, SXSW, Young Life 75th Anniversary, Semester at Sea series, blogger conferences, leadership and partnership events.
2015

Y'all when I joined TOMS, never in a million years did I think I'd be sharing about our products and stories on live television to millions of people. This is my reminder to myself that you never know what exciting opportunities are around the corner! What an adventure!
2016
A whirlwind of monthly live shows in FL, lots of change personally and professionally as I closed the beautiful chapter of my career at TOMS. The overwhelming highlight of the year was welcoming my little miracle in the world!
2017
Accepted the role of Community Director at WeWork for L.A's westside locations. Little did we know a couple months later the company would go into full spiral (yes, the Hulu documentary is crazy + true...pass the popcorn!). Left in 2020 and simply enjoyed being a momma.
2018
Hello Tech! Joined Upwork's Community team and led the development of the Global Community Groups program along with Community Gamification initiatives. Implemented digital reward and recognition badges spanning Academy, Events, Groups and more. Launched and cultivated efforts for 125+ global groups, 150k+ members, representing 50+ countries and languages.
2021
Launched THIS DREAM that's been in my heart for YEARS.
Years y’all… like ideas scribbled on napkins, drawn in several notebooks, typed in phone notes, shared over drinks, answered whenever asked ‘what’s your dream?’
